Isn’t WRAC’s curriculum already anti-racist?
I already value diversity and asset-based learning. Is this antiracist?
Why wouldn’t a curriculum that is student-centered in the stories our students tell automatically be anti-racist?
Teaching writing is apolitical. Storytelling is apolitical.
I myself am not a racist, isn’t that enough?
I can’t practice antiracism because I’m white & Only people of color can talk/do antiracism
I am anti-racist because I pay extra attention to my students of color!
